We are rapidly expanding our existing markets and opening new cities. Over the next nine months we will double our footprint to 20 cities. At the time of this posting, we currently operate in Atlanta, Northern Virginia, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Charleston, Raleigh, Greenville, Savannah, Charlotte and Clearwater, Ft. Myers, Ft. As the Project Manager, you are responsible for the growth and development of your territory. With Pronto’s technology and platform, you can focus your efforts on what you do best:
Meeting customers (on average 4-5 per day) to provide in-home estimates AND schedule projects
Managing your active projects (on average 2-4 per day)
Communicating with your Pros daily to maintain a great team culture (3-4 Pros per territory on average)
Cultivating a pipeline of new projects and converting leads (on average 6-10 new leads per day)
This is NOT an entry-level position
Responsibilities and Duties
Meet 4-5 customers per day to provide an in-home estimate and schedule projects
Use a 12.9” iPad Pro (provided by Pronto) to prepare estimates using Pronto’s technology and platform
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email
Timely (same day) follow up with customers
Manage active projects
Interview and Onboard new Pros to join your team (3-4 Pros per territory on average)
1-3 years' experience in construction/building renovation and project management
Thorough knowledge of residential repairs, renovations, and remodels
Experience working directly with homeowners both in sales and project management
Experience managing and hiring Pros (tradesmen, craftsmen)
Experience estimating projects and creating scopes of work
