Deloitte Litigation Project Manager in Columbia, South Carolina

Work you’ll do

As a Project Delivery Manager in the Regulatory & Legal Support group you will:

• Manage all technical aspects involving electronic discovery

• Manage strategic and legal aspects for all assigned projects

• Report to and work with the Operations Manager to plan and manage overall support technology innovation and education, which includes monitoring workflow, progress reporting, coordinating tasking, and obtaining other required resources

• Lead and support tasks and portions of the project scope on engagements related but not limited to E-Discovery

• Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues

• Demonstrate a foundational understanding of the client environment and overall project scope

• Stay abreast of emerging electronic discovery litigation support technology and processes

• Manage project team to execute the project scope

Qualifications

Required:

• Ability to maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United Stated without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

• 6 years of experience in E-Discovery or litigation support

• 4 years of experience in a supervisor or manager role

• Must be within a commutable distance to Columbia, SC

• Bachelor’s Degree Required

Preferred:

• Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

• Law degree, technical certification or other pertinent graduate degree strongly preferred.

• Certification in E-Discovery
