The Project Manager will work on a construction team assigned to a project by the Division Manager. The Project Manager will have the primary function of managing all aspects of the project from start up to close out.


The Project Manager should possess a bachelor’s degree in Construction Science or have applicable experience in Project Management or related field. Normal physical requirements of the position include: sitting, standing, climbing, bending, lifting, keying, reaching, grasping, reading, speaking and listening.


The Project Manager reports directly to the Division Manager. Normal inside contacts will include: all employees of C.F. Evans. Outside contacts will include: potential clients, existing clients, architects, and subcontractors.

  • Clarifies cost code / line item discrepancies between owners / architects / lenders

  • Communicates detailed and accurate cost information to financial department on regular basis to keep company abreast of cost information / forecasts

  • Ensures quality control in cost coding processes

  • Proficient at time management and leads by example in balancing priorities and accomplishing tasks

  • Maintains / communicates project task list on regular basis

  • Demonstrates ability to manage multiple jobs / tasks
