Position Overview:

As the Project Manager, you are responsible for the growth and development of your territory. With Pronto’s technology and platform, you can focus your efforts on what you do best:

  • Meeting customers (on average 4-5 per day) to provide in-home estimates AND schedule projects

  • Managing your active projects (on average 2-4 per day)

  • Communicating with your Pros daily to maintain a great team culture (3-4 Pros per territory on average)

  • Cultivating a pipeline of new projects and converting leads (on average 6-10 new leads per day)

  • This is NOT an entry-level position

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Meet 4-5 customers per day to provide an in-home estimate and schedule projects

  • Use a 12.9” iPad Pro (provided by Pronto) to prepare estimates using Pronto’s technology and platform

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email

  • Timely (same day) follow up with customers

  • Manage active projects

  • Interview and Onboard new Pros to join your team (3-4 Pros per territory on average)

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years' experience in construction/building renovation and project management

  • Thorough knowledge of residential repairs, renovations, and remodels

  • Experience working directly with homeowners both in sales and project management

  • Experience managing and hiring Pros (tradesmen, craftsmen)

  • Experience estimating projects and creating scopes of work
