Overview:

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking Field Support/Door Taggers to work out of the South Carolina Market/Region, to provide support as needed to the operations at the field office level. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) performing daily assigned tasks as related to specific functions that include reading job prints for upcoming construction/repairs, and to follow up by visiting locations (primarily residential) and applying door tags/notifications of future work in the area to occupants. General clerical duties, tasks, or special projects as required or assigned (i.e. answering phone, filing, data entry, making copies, etc.) Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry

  • Maintain daily production sheets and other reporting

  • Read and interpret utility maps / prints to identify the location of work areas

  • Maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all regulations and policies

  • Perform general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Preferred candidate will have 0-1 year’s minimum experience proving administrative support

  • Be detail oriented with focus on accuracy

  • Valid Driver’s License is required

  • Proficient with Microsoft Business Applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) and other software as applicable.

  • Able to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
