CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: Construction Services Administrator


The Construction Services Administrator will work at the corporate office and will be responsible for performing administrative duties for the construction services department including assignments for the Construction Coordinator, projects and related specialty services assigned by the Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.


The Construction Services Administrator should possess an Associate's degree or a Bachelor's degree and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience using accounting software and contract software strongly preferred. Normal physical requirements of the position include: sitting, standing, bending, lifting (25 pounds or less),keying, reaching, grasping, reading, speaking and listening.


The Construction Services Administrator reports directly to the Construction Coordinator. Normal inside contacts will include: all employees of C>F Evans. Outside contacts will include: potential clients, existing clients, architects, and subcontractors.

  • Maintains document control process for all active project assignments

  • Prepares and processes all subcontract and purchase order agreements in a timely manner

  • Keeps project's critical action items moving forward and at forefront of daily activities

  • Administers support to Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers and Pre Construction Services as needed for the production of scanning and printing drawings

  • Maintain compliance requirements for each subcontract

  • Collaborate with Accounting processes as it relates to subcontract payments

  • Rotation to Front Desk for reception duties as needed
