Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Field Integration Technician to join our Wireless Division - based out of our Pelzer, SC market. The Field Integration Technician will be working in the field during the maintenance window installing OEM equipment and integrating sites. This position will require travel to other markets. Preferred candidate will have 3+ years of wireless cell tower construction and installations with experience in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings, specifications, and design requirements relevant to telecommunications applications, installations and testing.
Installing the correct equipment in the shelter or outdoor cabinets.
Being accountable for all materials being installed in compliance with customer and national quality standards
Completion of successful integration of multiple site configurations
Complete all call testing requirements
Complete all close documents requirements
Most work will be done during the maintenance window (10:00PM to 6:00 AM)
Exceptional interpersonal communication and telephone skills
Ability to act quickly and utilize/navigate all forms of standard communications (VPN, shared desktop, smartphones, ad-hoc conference calls, telecommuting, etc)
Rotation of work hours (a.m. and p.m.) and weekend work required
Must be able to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal communication and telephone skills, providing professional customer service to internal and external customers
Preferred candidate will have 3+ years of wireless cell tower construction and installations
Experience in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings, specifications, and design requirements relevant to telecommunications applications, installations and testing
Must be able to demonstrate knowledge/experience using Spreadsheets and data base administrations I.e. Acrobat, MS word and Excel
Must be solution oriented and possess a high level of initiative
Valid Driver's license required.
